Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
- Brown beef with onion and garlic.
- Mix cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper into beef.
- Fill peppers with mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes.

- Ground turkey works as a substitute.
