Description
A quick and easy tofu stir fry ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Toss in bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
- Press tofu for 10 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust spice level by reducing red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
